Project Introduction
The Rice Regulome Atlas is a comprehensive resource for exploring regulatory elements in the rice genome. This project integrates multi-omics data to map chromatin accessibility, transcription factor binding sites, histone modifications, and gene expression across diverse rice varieties and tissues.
Genome Browser
Access genome browsers for different rice varieties to explore regulatory elements, gene annotations, and epigenomic data tracks.
