Deciphering the Plant Regulatory Landscape

Using multi-dimensional omics to empower precision crop improvement and pest control.

Explore Databases

Project Overview

Plantencode.fun is dedicated to analyzing gene transcriptional regulatory sequences in plants—specifically crops and related pest/disease species—through cutting-edge multi-dimensional transcriptional regulatory omics technologies.

Technologies

We integrate diverse datasets to build a comprehensive regulatory map:

  • Transcriptomics: RNA-seq
  • TF Binding: DAP-seq, ChIP-seq
  • Chromatin Accessibility: DNaseI-seq, ATAC-seq
  • RNA Interactions: RIP-seq
Mission

Our goal is to provide valuable target information for:

  • Precision variety improvement (Breeding)
  • Precision pest and disease control
  • Understanding complex regulatory networks
